Returns and Refund Policy

Return period

You can register your order for return within 30 days of receipt. This return period also applies to sale items. Your statutory consumer rights remain fully applicable.

Registering a return

Before shipping, send an email to webshop@soandro-shoesandmore.com and include your order number. This allows us to register your return and send you the correct instructions or, where applicable, the return label.

Return costs

A free return label is only valid for the order for which it was issued. Keep the proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

Return conditions

The item must be unworn and unused, have the original labels attached and, as far as reasonably possible, be in the original packaging. Include the receipt or another proof of purchase. Always use suitable outer packaging and do not apply tape or a shipping label directly to the shoebox.

Damaged or wrong item

Check your order immediately after receipt. Is an item defective or damaged, or have you received the wrong item? Please contact us as soon as possible at webshop@soandro-shoesandmore.com so that we can assess and resolve this.

Exchanges

Would you like a different size or colour? Register the received item for return and, whenever you wish, place a new order for the correct version. This means the available stock does not depend on the processing time of your return.

Refund

After receiving and checking your return, we will send you a confirmation by email. If approved, the amount to be refunded will be processed via the original payment method within 10 working days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may then take some additional time before the amount is visible. If you have not received a refund 15 working days after our approval, please contact us at webshop@soandro-shoesandmore.com.
