Carrier and processing
We ship orders with DHL. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email. Orders placed on a working day before 17:00 are processed and handed to the carrier on the same working day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday are processed on the next working day. This is a processing commitment and not a guarantee of the exact delivery time.
